TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of endquote.co.uk and any purchase you make from ENDQUOTE Limited (company no. 15638975), 14 The Maples, Banstead SM7 3QZ, United Kingdom, contact@endquote.co.uk ("we", "us").

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS. By using our site or placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them by posting a revised version; the version in force when you order applies to that order.

2. ORDERING. Our product pages are an invitation to buy, not an offer. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, a pricing error or unavailability) we will tell you and refund any payment. To order: add to cart, checkout, review, pay.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT. Our prices are inclusive of any applicable UK tax. (ENDQUOTE Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.) Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. For orders outside the UK, our prices do not include the destination country's import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees; where these apply they are charged at delivery and payable by you (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is taken through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

4. DELIVERY. As set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS. Consumers have a statutory right to cancel and rights in respect of faulty goods, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. STATUTORY RIGHTS. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with the contract. Nothing in these terms or any policy on this site excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or, if you are in the EU, under your national laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771, or any other rights you have by law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE. Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it unlawfully.

8. COMPLAINTS. Contact contact@endquote.co.uk; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint through our own process, alternative dispute resolution is available through certified providers; we are not obliged to use ADR and will confirm in our final response whether we agree to participate in a given case.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All designs, images and text on this site are owned by or licensed to ENDQUOTE Limited and may not be reproduced without our permission.

10. LIABILITY. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to your statutory rights, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your own breach of these terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
