1. WHO WE ARE
ENDQUOTE Limited ("ENDQUOTE", "we") is the data controller for personal information collected through endquote.co.uk. Registered office: 14 The Maples, Banstead SM7 3QZ, United Kingdom. Company number 15638975. Contact: contact@endquote.co.uk.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Identity and contact details: name, email, billing and delivery address, optional phone.
- Order and payment details: items, amounts, payment status. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
- Marketing data: email address and preferences from our newsletter forms and checkout opt-in, held in MailerLite.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, on-site events (product views, add-to-basket, purchases) and cookie identifiers.
- Enquiry data: anything you send us by email or contact form, including club and team uniform enquiries.

3. WHY WE USE IT, AND OUR LEGAL BASIS
- To process and deliver your order, including passing your name, delivery address and order details to our production partner and postal carrier — performance of our contract with you.
- Payment and fraud screening — contract, and our legitimate interest in protecting the store.
- Order and service emails — contract.
- Tax and accounting records — legal obligation.
- Marketing emails you subscribed to — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Marketing emails to existing customers about our own similar products — our legitimate interest, with an opt-out when we collect your details and in every email.
- Advertising and analytics cookies and pixels — your consent, given and withdrawn through our cookie banner.
- Responding to enquiries — our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract.
Your name, delivery address and email are required to fulfil an order; without them we cannot sell to you. Marketing data is never required.

4. WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA
We share personal information only as needed to run the store:
- Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland, and affiliates in Canada and the US) — hosts our store, checkout and order records, as our processor.
- Our print-on-demand production partner — receives your name, delivery address and order details so your items can be printed and dispatched.
- Royal Mail and, for international orders, the postal operator delivering in your country.
- Shopify Payments and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l.) — payment processing.
- MailerLite (email-marketing provider, EU-based) — sends our emails and stores our mailing list, as our processor.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — where you consent to marketing cookies, receives event data (pages viewed, purchases) through the Meta Pixel so we can measure and improve our advertising.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited) — through the Google tag on our store, receives analytics and advertising-measurement data where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
- Our professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires.
We never sell your personal information.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some partners process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — UK and EU adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. Copies of the safeguards are available on request.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and transaction records: six years plus the current year (tax and legal-claim limits). Marketing list: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months with no opens or clicks. Enquiries: 12 months after resolution. Cookie and pixel data: for the durations set by each provider.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data — including an unconditional right to stop direct marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting past processing. To exercise any right, email contact@endquote.co.uk; we respond within one month, free of charge. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113) and, if you are in the EU, to your national data protection authority.

8. COOKIES
- Essential — Shopify cart, checkout and security cookies. No consent needed.
- Analytics — Shopify analytics and the Google tag. With your consent.
- Marketing — Meta Pixel and MailerLite. With your consent.
Manage or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

9. CHILDREN
The store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. CHANGES
We will post any material changes on this page and update the date above.
