Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All items are printed to order. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days of your order.
- UK: orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks of ordering. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver within 30 days.
- Europe: usually within 1–3 weeks of ordering.
- Rest of world: usually within 2–4 weeks of ordering.

These times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within the estimate, email contact@endquote.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. If we fail to deliver within any time we have committed to (or, if none, within 30 days), you may set a reasonable further deadline and cancel for a full refund if we miss it; if the deadline was essential, you may cancel immediately.

The goods are at our risk until you, or someone you nominate, receive them.

For orders outside the UK (including the EU), our prices do not include the destination country's import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees. Where these apply they are charged at delivery and payable by you. (We are not registered for VAT or the EU IOSS scheme, so we cannot collect these at checkout.)
